- Sessions take on average between 3-6 hours or the better part of a day.
- 2 follow-on telephone coaching sessions are included as part of the package to further promote the 'flow' that you will discover.
- All sessions are on a one-on-one basis and are in complete confidence.
- Sessions include a wide range of empowering interventions and include; motivational coaching, hypnosis for relaxation and deeper subconscious work, NLP techniques such as memory resolution, time-line therapy and parts integration. EFT (emotional freedom techniques) may also be utilised.
- Finally, your personalised session notes and your very own individualised hypnosis relaxation and resource booster CD are also included, as is breakfast and light lunch.
